Pilarres EOOD is a software company registered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It designs, builds and operates the Bicyr platforms, starting with Bicyr Cangor, an events platform that opens this year with its first phase complete in December 2026. Consulting engagements are taken alongside the platform work and fund it. The company runs part-time alongside full-time architecture work, and applies the same delivery discipline: architecture and acceptance criteria specified up front, implementation reviewed against them, and correctness held by automated tests and CI rather than by hand.
